Eric Holcomb, Executive Director of the Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) will lead a discussion at our May 17th meeting on the proposed Old Goucher CHAP District and its impact on CNCA.  A number of buildings in the Northern Section of CNCA will be included in the proposed district.  The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm on May 17th and will be held at St. Marks Church located at 1900 St. Paul Street.  All are welcome to attend.
